Clinton leads the Engineering team, which includes the Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, Welding, and Testing engineering groups. His team develops and implements comprehensive manufacturing and testing processes and equipment for customer-defined battery modules and packs. From initial concept to full-scale production, Clinton and his team are involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and innovation throughout.
Clinton has over 20 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, having worked for European and Japanese OEMs across a wide range of roles in manufacturing, product development and quality. His experience spans both low and high volume manufacturing. He has spent the last five of those years in EV battery manufacture.
