Paul leads Hyperbat’s production team, ensuring standard procedures are followed to safely and reliably deliver quality products and exceed the customers’ expectations. Additionally, he develops and embeds Hyperbat’s Health, Safety & Environmental procedures and policies. Paul ensures the production team is correctly trained, skilled, and equipped with the right tools and equipment for assembling LV & HV battery modules, subs and packs.
Paul brings 6 years of experience in SHE & 12 years within Unipart, managing people using the Unipart Way Tools & Techniques. He has managed people for over 20 years and has worked in the automotive sector for over 25 years having a background in electrical, electronics & the aerospace industry.
